As you walk into Waterway Village 17-H, you will find a spacious and fully-stocked kitchen, dining room, and living room area. This unit was updated with classic hardwood floors and new furniture! In the living area, there is a wide flat-screen television and access to your private balcony! Whip up a delicious breakfast in your premier kitchen before savoring it around the four-seater dining room table. Better yet, enjoy your cuisine while relaxing on your beautiful and spacious patio overlooking the community pool and waterway!
In the master bedroom, there is a king-size bed with a flat-screen television and an ample amount of space for your belongings. There is access to your private balcony with waterway views from this bedroom! The master bathroom has a spacious vanity area and a private bath/shower. In the second bedroom, there are two twin-size beds. The second bathroom is located right outside of the second bedroom and has a bath/shower combo. This unit also has a washer and dryer!
Waterway Village is located right on the famous Myrtle Beach Intracoastal Waterway! There are a private dock and walking area available for guests who are staying in this community. Very nice well kept condo. We were very happy with the cleanliness and well stocked unit. Owner of this unit takes great pride in their home away from home and we were honored stay here. We were hoping to stay longer but our plans changed quickly that forced us to leave early. We are very thankful for the owner and leasing company working with us when our plans changed. Maintenance reacted quickly next day when I mentioned a broke glass fan.
