The master bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, private bath, flat-screen TV, large walk-in closet, and views of the Intercoastal Waterway.
The second bedroom offers a full bed, a bathroom that adjoins the living room, a full-size washer/dryer, and flat-screen TV. The spacious living is equipped with a sleeper sofa, and the dining area has a full view of the large flat-screen TV and sliding doors leading to the balcony, which overlooks the Intercoastal Waterway. Cleaning and Sanitation - We take special care in cleaning and sanitizing our units between guests. Microban and Lysol are used throughout the entire unit, especially on high touch surfaces. Each guest receives a clean set of linens. If you would like more details regarding our cleaning procedures - please send us a message and we will be glad to share those with you!
This unit is dog friendly. 2 Dog limit/45lb max. A $300 non-refundable pet fee will be added to the reservation total and charged at check-in if guest brings dog.

From the moment we walked in and saw the apartment we completely enjoyed our stay. It was 6 months of beautiful views of the river and comfort and convenience of the two bedroom unit. Everything we could need was already supplied. We only had to buy food and bathroom and kitchen cleaning products. This condo was beautiful. The view, the neighborhood, everything! We were greeted with clean towels, dishes, bedding, and more but the best part was the third floor balcony in the corner that overlooked the beautiful waterway.
