Overall not a bad place had a couple electrical issues were half the outlet didn’t work in the master bedroom mattress you could feel the springs but address those upon check out and hopefully fixed

lLoved the place, the people taking care of us, did just that, and more. They, Palmetto, were very accomodating, and really cared that we had a pleasant stay. I would and will go back! Fabulous!

The location was right were we needed to be by the beach, also the rental was nice and clean and resturants were very close. My family enjoyed there stay.

August 2018 Stay

The ocean view room was spectacular. We enjoyed watching the ocean from the family room and balcony from sunrise to sunset! The bedrooms were comfortable with the exception of the a/c being too cold for the guest bedroom while trying to make the master-bedroom comfortable. The room vents are stationary and not able to close or change airflow direction. The only other complaints we have are items that should be corrected before the next rental: lights didn’t work in kitchen or front door entry way; guest tub backs-up; barstools screws coming loose, unsafe; tower rack broken; shower stall not secured to tiles at door. Credit to owners is that they responded to any and all of our concerns in a timely manor and some were corrected before we left. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would book a future trip at this same location whenever we visit Myrtle Beach again!

June 2018 Stay

We had an amazing stay. The condo was great for our large family. The beach was not directly in view from the balcony but it was able to be seen. It was well worth the money and we will be back!

Overall the place was nice. It had a great view, location was good, pools were great, unit was clean. Its on the 3rd fl with no elevator didnt think it was a big deal but going up n down with dogs and packages all week it was a pain id prob do a 1st fl unit next time. We had some issues with the bathroom but maintenance was very responsive so that was good. The unit is a little dated but overall nice.

Easy process booking, checking in/out and convenient amenities at property made this a good experience. I would recommend the unit get new mattresses and blinds for the windows. Both were in rough shape. Otherwise all else was good.

nicely decorated rental. The only thing that was a con was the drive to the rental office to pick up the keys. it was an inconvenience and out of the way if you don't have a car. there should really be a lockbox on the door or a lock with a number combination.
