We found the vacation unit clean, accessible, and very pleasant. The Palmetto Vacation Management Property Association was very reliable, efficient, and easy to work with. We would recommend their services, as we were very satisfied with our experience. However, we do have a few suggestions, even though they might not fall in the management’s sphere. We found the beds to be of inferior quality, and suffered back discomfort as a result. Also, the television service, especially Roku , was not very guest friendly, as we had to watch regular television while sitting on the beds in the bedroom. In our unit this year, there was minimal serving dishes, limited and bulky china, and in general an inadequate kitchen setup, as we used paper plates and plastic dishes which we purchased.- Eric A. from Wantagh, Posted: 04/16/2025
