This cozy two-bedroom, two-bath golf villa has all the comforts of home. When you enter this condo, you will first see the fully equipped kitchen with newly upgraded appliances. The living room offers nice comfy couches with a beautiful flat-screen television. There is a sleeper sofa available in the living room! Another new upgrade is the wood flooring throughout the common area.
In the master, you will find a king-sized bed and a full bath with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds in it and is attached to the second bathroom. In the second bathroom, there is a stackable washer and dryer. You will also find a beautiful patio right outside of the living room area. Imagine sitting on the enclosed porch early in the morning just as the sun rises, having a hot cup of coffee.
The Magnolia Place complex is in the Myrtlewood Golf community just off of 48th Avenue North. A visit to Broadway at the Beach must be on your "to-do" list while vacationing. Cleaning and Sanitation - We take special care in cleaning and sanitizing our units between guests. Microban and Lysol are used throughout the entire condo, especially on high touch surfaces. The property was located in the Myrtlewood area off of 48th Street and it was clean and well maintained. Getting to the beach was very easy. The place was affordable and is really great rental for a family with a couple of kids. The unit didn't have a DVD player which we would've preferred. But it wasn't a deal breaker.
