Nice condo close to embassy suites. Unfortunately the condo does not include the amenities provided by embassy suites Kingston plantation. That was the only drawback overall everything else was great.- Anonymous from Richlands, Posted: 06/29/2024
We had a great time with our grandson, daughter and son in law. The walk to the beach is just under 7 minutes though the resort so the walk was beautiful. We drive most days because of all the beach gear we needed! Plenty of parking and this was Labor Day Weekend.
The unit was very nice but a little dated. Lots of mirrors and glass but my grandson loved that! Be sure to bring a bottle opener and a wine opener. The unit didn’t have either one.
Rental Staff was spot on no issues!! Picking up the code and signing the lease at the office look literally 2 minutes.
Do know that the only resort items included are access to a basic pool between 2 hotels. The resort style pools are not included and you will not be on any access list to use them. Probably could use the tennis and pickleball courts, golf putting green as they didn’t have attendance but be aware that the kids will not be able to use the splash pool or slides. We knew going in and for the price I was fine! The beach was awesome. Be aware that Memorial Day to Labor Day the county strictly enforces rules on the beach.
