When you enter Waterway Village 17-B, you will find a spacious and fully-stocked kitchen, dining room, and living room. This unit has hardwood floors! In the living area, there is a wide flat-screen television and access to your private first-floor balcony! Cook a delicious breakfast in your premier kitchen before savoring it around the four-seater dining room table or outside on your overextended screened in patio.
In the master bedroom, there is a Queen-size bed with a flat-screen television and an ample amount of space for your belongings. The master bathroom has a large vanity area and a private bath/shower combo. In the second bedroom there is a queen size bed. The second bathroom is located right outside of the second bedroom and has a bath/shower combo. There is a sleeper sofa available in the living room. Waterway Village 17-B can fit up to six guests. This unit has a washer and dryer next to the kitchen.
Waterway Village is located right on the famous Myrtle Beach Intracoastal Waterway! There are a private dock and walking area available for guests who are staying in this community. Waterway Village also offers guests an outdoor pool, indoor pool, grilling area, tennis courts, and several other fabulous onsite amenities.

This property was just what my family needed it’s location was so perfect look out the back porch and the river is right there with a walking path to seating areas. Then the pool is right next to it as well. So perfect that the porch was lit up so nice with fans. The condo was clean comfy and so relaxing with sooo much storage space! Communication was great with Shanna. We drove in from Georgia and arrived at 4:00 am and was extremely tired. Shanna had all our information to get into the rental available in there after hours locker. The rental was gorgeous. I especially liked that it was on the first floor and right in front of the pool. We went swimming at night. Costco's and Walmart are so close to this rental. The neighbors were so helpful. It was so welcoming and clean. We stayed five days and the beds were so comfortable.
