When you enter Waterway Village 17-B, you will find a spacious and fully-stocked kitchen, dining room, and living room. This unit has hardwood floors! In the living area, there is a wide flat-screen television and access to your private first-floor balcony! Cook a delicious breakfast in your premier kitchen before savoring it around the four-seater dining room table or outside on your overextended screened in patio.
In the master bedroom, there is a Queen-size bed with a flat-screen television and an ample amount of space for your belongings. The master bathroom has a large vanity area and a private bath/shower combo. In the second bedroom there is a queen size bed. The second bathroom is located right outside of the second bedroom and has a bath/shower combo. There is a sleeper sofa available in the living room. Waterway Village 17-B can fit up to six guests. This unit has a washer and dryer next to the kitchen.

I rented the property for three months but was not made aware there was going to be work being done on building for the first two months which included a lot of loud drilling noises during the day. Once the work concluded the property was much more enjoyable. The view from the large deck 1/2 covered, 1/2 uncovered were amazing. Don't want to sugar coat it for those who are squeemish. The HOA does monthly pest control sprayings of the property. Each month I'd have to remove 3-5 dead roaches from the property. Very convenient place
Very convenient place to stay next right to beach. Place has good view to see ocean. Calm and quiet place.
Private note
Everything is good except key pickup and drop off. Time is very important for long distance comers.
