Verandas offers a variety of amenities to elevate your vacation experience. Float your cares away in the lazy river, take a refreshing dip in the outdoor pool, or unwind in the bubbling hot tub. With direct beach access just steps from the building, your seaside escape is always within reach.



Guest Access

Guests have full access to the condo, onsite pool, lazy river, and hot tub, as well as the building’s elevator and direct beach access. Public beach access is perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or beachcombing. Onsite parking and WiFi are also included for added convenience.

Other Things to Note

• Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.

• A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.

• Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please feel free to contact us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay.

You must also sign our rental agreement along with providing a copy of your ID



All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
