As you make your way into this third-story condo, you will find a comfortable living room area with an ample amount of natural light coming in from the Myrtle Beach skies! The overextended private balcony and large windows in the living area will have you amazed throughout your entire stay.
South Hampton comes with a fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable dining area, and spacious living room. South Hampton 301 will have you feeling like you are right at home with the excellent accommodations.
The recently updated master suite has a king-size bed with access to the third-floor private balcony! Just think about enjoying the Myrtle Beach sunrise while waking up from a restful night's sleep in this beautiful villa. The master bathroom has a large vanity area and a private walk-in shower and jacuzzi. This master bathroom is truly one-of-a-kind!

Cleaning and Sanitation - We take special care in cleaning and sanitizing our units between guests. Microban and Lysol are used throughout the entire unit, especially on high touch surfaces. Each guest receives a clean set of linens. If you would like more details regarding our cleaning procedures - please send us a message! The Sports & Health Club are not open to Palmetto guests.

August 2018 Stay
The ocean view room was spectacular. We enjoyed watching the ocean from the family room and balcony from sunrise to sunset! The bedrooms were comfortable with the exception of the a/c being too cold for the guest bedroom while trying to make the master-bedroom comfortable. The room vents are stationary and not able to close or change airflow direction. The only other complaints we have are items that should be corrected before the next rental: lights didn’t work in kitchen or front door entry way; guest tub backs-up; barstools screws coming loose, unsafe; tower rack broken; shower stall not secured to tiles at door. Credit to owners is that they responded to any and all of our concerns in a timely manor and some were corrected before we left. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would book a future trip at this same location whenever we visit Myrtle Beach again!

June 2018 Stay
We had an amazing stay. The condo was great for our large family. The beach was not directly in view from the balcony but it was able to be seen. It was well worth the money and we will be back!
