• We do not rent to locals to ensure a peaceful experience for all guests

• A copy of your driver’s license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking

• Cancellation policy includes a $150 fee; all cancellations must be in writing

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
