Guest Access

Guests have full access to the condo and all resort amenities, including the indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, laundry facilities, and free on-site parking. The beach is just steps away for convenient public access. Please note that some resort amenities may be seasonal or subject to availability—feel free to reach out for more info during your stay.

Other Things to Note

• Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.

• A copy of your driver’s license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.

• Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please feel free to contact us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay.

• As a guest, you’ll find public beach access, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or beachcombing.

• No pets allowed.

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
