Overall it was good - a few things mechanically need attention

Owner needs to replace double bed in 2nd bedrm. to queen or twin beds. Electrical should be checked, some outlets not working. Owner should go thru. kitchen items, many need to be discarded. However very well stocked with kitchen items.

Me and my family loved staying here. Great location and beautiful views. There were a couple of things that needed fixing in the showers but overall we would definitely rent this condo again.

Both balconies was beautiful. We were surprised that both bedrooms had ann ocean view. That was a wonderful bonus. The furniture was comfortable. Ocean Creek is a favorite place to stay and we will definitely look into this condo again.

Our only disappointments were light fixtures, two bathroom vanities lights did not work, overhead light in entry way did not work, light at end of couch did not work. We emailed several people, including maintenance and were told they would look into it or they would contact the owner but nothing was done.

Absolutely loved our last minute weekend getaway! The location is beautiful and absolutely loved the large balconys. The beach is a short walk down the pathway (as well as the pool). The condo itself was great - it had so much space for our family of 4! Would definitely recommend and hope to come back soon!

Our experience with Palmetto Vacation Rental as well as our stay in Kingston Plantation was a pleasant and easy experience. Our room and amenities were perfect for our needs. In particular it was nice to be on the first floor for coming and going to the conference sessions at the Embassy Suites and Hilton Hotels. For the family, it was nice to have a 2 story condo with living space downstairs and bedrooms upstairs. It was not a negative for us, but the bathrooms are older and have the general wear from vacation use; however, they were clean and all we needed for us and the grandkids. I only mention this at all in case you are looking for a more spa like bathroom. There were 3 in the condo and each was a standard 3 piece bathroom with Tub/shower combo, toilet, and vanity (double vanity in the master). The spaciousness and beach decor made it a fun place to stary. The porches were great for sitting in the morning for coffee and in the evening to relax. I will absolutely book with Palmetto Vacation Rentals again, and would request this exact room.

We own a condo in the North Hampton building, and as our family has grown over the years, we now need additional space to accommodate everyone for our annual fourth of July vacation. We have rented this unit several times for our extended family over the years. It is well maintained and clean with a great view of the grounds and ocean.
