Guests have access to the condo and applicable Magnolia Pointe community amenities during their stay. Community amenities include multiple outdoor swimming pools, scenic walking paths, grilling and picnic areas, clubhouse facilities, and golf-course surroundings. Public beach access is also nearby, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or beachcombing.

Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.
A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.

We do not rent to locals

You must also sign our rental agreement along with providing a copy of your ID

 

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
