Guests have full access to the entire condo as well as Myrtlewood Resort amenities available during their stay, including outdoor pools, hot tubs, walking paths, and beautifully landscaped common areas. As a guest, you'll also find public beach access nearby, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or beachcombing. Please note that some amenities, including pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.
A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
