The second bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds and easy access to the full guest bath, offering comfort and privacy for everyone. We also offer the option for a sleeper sofa in the living room for your convenience.

Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.
Documentation Required: A copy of your driver’s license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.
Seasonal Amenities: Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please feel free to contact us for specific opening dates and availability.
Beach Access: Public beach access is conveniently nearby, perfect for relaxing days by the ocean.

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
