There is a flat-screen TV in the living area and both bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the necessary utensils and appliances for your vacation getaway. There is a private balcony with captivating views of the Magnolia Place pool area right off of the living area!
In the master bedroom, there is a king bed with an attached full master bathroom! The second bedroom has two twin-size beds with access to the second bathroom. This condo was exactly as described and reasonable priced in comparison to other nearby rentals. The beds were comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms were clean, and the area was quiet. This property was just as described. It was clean and seemed like it had been recently upgraded. Regardless, it was very well maintained. The check in and check out process was completely painless and it is just a very nice location. I was not able to locate the fitness center but the pool was beautiful and it is close to everything - shopping, outlets, the beach, restaurants. We enjoyed our stay at the Magnolia, located at Myrtlewood Golf Villas in Myrtle Beach, SC. Our check- in with Palmetto Vacations was fast and easy, and we were provided with directions to our villa, the room and pool keys, and all necessary contact information in the event anything was needed. The property grounds were beautiful and the room was clean and nicely decorated. I also loved that the building had an elevator to take us to our condo on the second floor; very convenient having a baby with us. It was a home away from home and we would definitely return. Highly recommend.
