Title: August 2016 Stay
Awesome unit with spacious bedrooms. Balcony was very large with great views but no coverage over it. Beds were comfortable. Nice to have a washer and dryer to use!

Great location & absolutely fantastic view of the beach! Shopping, restaurants and bars very nearby. Cute little community. Pool was great. Great penthouse condo cannot beat the view from the balcony!
Perfect Location, Great Building

North Hampton is a fantastic building with keyed building entrances and a private indoor pool/hot tub. It is perfectly located at the plantation, near the Hilton pools and Tiki Bar but one building removed so it is not noisy. The Plantation has a lot to offer and the beaches are not super crowded, summer or fall. 1815 has an amazing view and a giant deck; beware that the top-floor deck is not covered, which is great is you are sunbathing and not so great when it is raining.
The condo has a very open, airy feel to it which we loved. The furniture is in great shape, and the beds were all comfortable. The washer and dryer were conveniently located in the unit and worked well.
The kitchen faucet was leaking (a lot), and a repairman came to fix it quickly. He also dropped off a new ironing board while he was there. The friendly building manager was always around and willing to help with whatever we needed.
My primary (albeit minor) compliant is that the condo kitchen appliances and utensils are not quite up to snuff with the luxury grade of the condo. It seemed like we were using someone's leftover pots and silverware, and the sets were not complete (many missing lids, almost all salad forks, etc.) It was a fairly minor distraction, and somehow we managed to survive the experience!
We did stay for a month and I worked while there. I do not believe the owners have any choice but to use the hotel Internet connection, and I appreciate that it was included in the rental. It was also painfully slow; if I wasn't working while I was there, I would not have cared.
If you are looking for a luxury condo in a nicer building, definitely look into this place. I would go back.
great place, small problems only

This is a beautiful condo, we loved the location and view of the beach and lovely Kings Plantation grounds. It fit our family of six well with enough space and privacy for our teenagers. Only a few minor problems with items missing, broken or dirty..(bedspread, ironing board, dishes)and I think the cleaning crew was in a hurry because the master bath was dirty and they hadn't replaced coffee tables and floral arrangements after they vacuumed, My husband I chuckled about there being 1 green fruitloop on the counter and we moved the furniture back,,no big deal. We notified the rental agency about the broken items etc just so they knew, and they offered to come out but nothing that we couldn't get by with or without. Only getting Nick jr in the Master was a frustrating. And only having 1 key for the building, not very convenient when you have 6 people! But it was beautifully decorated and we would definitely go again, hopefully with changes made.
Thank you for taking the time to post a review. It is very refreshing to see that a few minor issues did not steal your joy nor did it prevent you from having a wonderful vacation. I would like to extend my apologies on behalf of Palmetto for your cleaning issues and the maintenance items. Nick Jr. is a must have with kids!! I totally agree!
The front security key issue has been resolved. The manufacturer of the keys was having problems getting blanks and no one was able to get extra keys. The keys are special issue and do not duplicate so all hands were tied in this situation but it has now been resolved.
Thank you for vacationing with Palmetto and we certainly hope that you come back and visit!!
